This year, the in-person events of TiBE was canceled due to concerns about COVID-19. Despite the impact of the disease, TiBE continued to serve the publishing industry and all the book lovers, aiming to bring them the amazing event experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Themed as New Horizons of Reading, the online version of TiBE 2020 was presented in four major parts, six themed exhibitions, 500+ videos, and 1000+ books.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">TiBE 2020 Themed Exhibitions Online<\/mark><\/strong><br>A highlight presentation of six themed exhibitions, including \u201cFood in Federico Fellini&#8217;s Drawings,\u201d \u201c2020 TiBE Book Awards,\u201d \u201cGolden Butterfly Awards 2020,\u201d \u201cLet\u2019s Go! Explore Museums,\u201d \u201cTaiwan Art History in the Comics,\u201d and \u201cRecommended Titles for Elementary and Junior High Students.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">TiBE 2020 Reading Salons Online<\/mark><\/strong><br>This section showcased 28 readers\u2019 favorite author meetings salon activities in online videos, including interviews with local award-winning authors, and pre-recorded videos of foreign authors reading their own works for Taiwanese readers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">TiBE 2020 Online Book Show<\/mark><\/strong><br>The annual TiBE is one of the most important promotional platforms for local publishing houses.
